Development of a circuit dedicated to cable replacement by contactless solution using the 60GHz radio band. Within that task ST, supported by LETI, will specify, design and validate a new circuit in 28FDSOI technology to support radio and data transmission protocols. It will address the architecture-partitioning taking into account not only the performance but also the scalability, power consumption and cost of the overall solution. The use of this technology will allow significant communication bandwidth to be used while maintaining a low power budget.
